This simple recipe is easy to adapt; use one herb or a blend of your favorites. Serve with bread or use to enhance grilled fish, vegetables or corn on the cob. Ingredients: 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened.
2 Tbsp. finely chopped herbs, pinch of sea salt.
Preps: in a small bowl, mix butter and herbs with a fork, transfer to a ramekin and refrigerate until firm.
Butter may also be placed on wax or parchment paper, wrapped/rolled into a log and frozen for latter use.
